Mark joined Mundays LLP as a partner in the corporate and finance group in January 2006. Mark has extensive experience in representing UK and international clients in a variety of finance, M&A, private equity and corporate transactions. He is qualified in both England and the U.S. (Massachusetts and Ohio).

Prior to joining Mundays, Mark was a partner in the London office of a large U.S. firm with whom he first came to London in 1987.

Nicola Broadhurst - Partner

Practice Area: Commercial
Nicola specialises in franchising, advising both franchisors and franchisees on all aspects of franchising from inception through to establishment of a franchise business. She is the designated representative of the firm's affiliate membership of the British Franchise Association. She also regularly advises on UK and EU competition law issues. Nicola has also been invited on the panel to judge the BFA 2006 Franchisor and Franchisee Awards.

Gemma James

Gemma is a Solicitor specialising in Commercial and Residential Property and associated legal matters.

Gemma was admitted to the degree of Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours at the University of Kent in 2001, receiving the Anthony London Prize for the best result by any Eliot College student in law. She achieved a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice with Distinction from The College of Law in 2002, and received an award from the Law Society for outstanding performance by obtaining one of the highest marks that year nationwide.
