Mark joined Mundays LLP as a partner in the corporate and finance department in January 2006. Mark has extensive experience in representing UK and international clients in a variety of finance, M&A, private equity and corporate transactions. He is qualified in both England and the U.S. (Massachusetts and Ohio).

Prior to joining Mundays, Mark was a partner in the London office of the U.S. firm, Bingham McCutchen LLP, with whom he first came to London in 1987.
