Denham Bell – Partner

Denham has substantial experience in all aspects of employment law ranging from non-contentious work through to contentious matters in Employment Tribunals, the County Court and High Court, and the Court of Appeal. This work has involved general advisory work, actions for both employers and employees, and injunctions. Denham has supervised other solicitors in the execution of search and seizure orders.

Fiona McAllister – Partner

Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
Fiona has many years experience of dealing with commercial and private disputes.

Fiona particularly deals with disputes between shareholders and partners, warranty claims and on breach of restrictive covenants. She has a post graduate diploma in advanced legal practice taken in the specialist field of employment law, and practices in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of this area of law, advising primarily corporate clients and senior executives.

Fiona is listed in the Legal 500 as an employment lawyer having a “top reputation”  as a recommended lawyer for Commercial Litigation.
