Denham has substantial experience in all aspects of employment law ranging from non-contentious work through to contentious matters in Employment Tribunals, the County Court and High Court, and The Court of Appeal.This work has involved general advisory work, actions for both employers and employees, and injunctions. Denham has supervised other solicitors in the execution of search and seizure orders.

Fiona McAllister – Partner

Fiona McAllister – Partner

 

Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
Fiona is head of the Dispute Resolution Department which incorporates within it the firm’s Employment Law Unit. With many years experience dealing with commercial and private disputes.

Fiona particularly deals with disputes between shareholders and on breach of restrictive covenants. She has a post graduate diploma in advanced legal practice taken in the specialist field of employment law, and practices in both contentious and non-contentious aspects of this area of law, advising primarily corporate clients and senior executives.
