She is the designated representative of the firm's affiliate membership of the British Franchise Association she also regularly advises on UK and EU competition law issues. Nicola is a member of the BFA Legal Committee.

Practice Area: Dispute Resolution
James specialises in handling commercial disputes including matters involving, Intellectual Property, IT, franchising, defamation and general contracts.

James recently completed a postgraduate diploma in commercial intellectual property at Nottingham Trent University, where he was awarded a distinction.

A keen sportsman, he has a particular interest in all sports law related affairs, including contract disputes and sponsorship. James has a postgraduate diploma in sports law from Kings College University, London.
