James specialises in handling commercial disputes including matters involving Intellectual Property, IT, franchising and  defamation.  James has a postgraduate diploma in commercial intellectual property.

A keen sportsman, he has a particular interest in all sports law related affairs, including contract disputes and sponsorship. James also has a postgraduate diploma in sports law from Kings College University, London.
