World Travel Management Limited - January 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised WORLD TRAVEL MANAGEMENT LIMITED (voted Best Business Travel Agent at the Business Travel Awards 2002 and again in 2003) on its acquisition of the business of LEEDS UNITED TRAVEL COMPANY LIMITED the providers of travel services and a subsidiary of LEEDS UNITED PLC. Leeds based DLA advised the Vendor.

The Mundays' team was led by Peter Munday and Fiona McAllister (Employment). The DLA team was led by Andrew Morris and John Gallon.

Mundays is a comprehensive legal practice that is particularly strong in the corporate and commercial fields, also with notable commercial property, franchising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, retail pharmacy, intellectual property and European/competition law practices.
