The Family Department – March 2003

 

MUNDAYS is pleased to announce the strengthening of its FAMILY DEPARTMENT with the arrival of three experienced specialist lawyers.

The Department will be led by GRAHAM COY. Graham brings with him a wealth of experience, having been a family lawyer for over 20 years. His all round experience includes resolving complex financial issues on Divorce or separation, especially those cases with substantial income and assets, businesses, and international features. He is also well known for his skill in all issues concerning children, and is an experienced advocate.

Graham is a Specialist Accredited with the Solicitors Family Law Association, a qualified Mediator and a Member of the UK College of Family Mediators. He is joined by two other specialists, SARAH DUCKWORTH and VERONICA GILMOUR. Sarah has over 10 years experience of family cases. Veronica has practised family law for 16 years, 10 of which were spent with a firm in Central London, specialising in financial matters for clients with high net assets and income.

The fourth member of the team is MANDY SPRING, a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, who has been with the family department for 11 years. They are all members of the Solicitors Family Law Association.

They will have support from Partner KAREN BARHAM, who is now Chair of the Solicitors Family Law Association in Surrey.

The Department specialises in:

Financial, property and pension issues on separation and Divorce.

Children, including disputes as to where they should live, contact and whether one parent can take them out of the Country permanently.

Separation agreements.

Agreements for those proposing to marry and for those proposing to live together.

The aim of Mundays' Family Department is to provide every Client with a first class service with clear, precise, expert advice.
