Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem plc – 6th March 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors and Edinburgh Solicitors BURNESS advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail pharmacy subsidiary E MOSS LIMITED on the acquisition of ALSTON'S LIMITED and its subsidiary companies which operate pharmacies in Hamilton, Kilmarnock, Stonehouse, Bothwell, Lenzie and Glasgow, Scotland. This acquisition brings the pharmacies in the Moss Pharmacy national chain up to 797.

Hamilton Solicitors, John Jackson & Dick and Glasgow firm Boyds Solicitors advised the vending shareholders.

The Mundays' team was led by Peter Munday (Senior partner, Corporate) assisted by Lorna Palmer and the Burness team by Commercial Property partner, Tamar Tammes and Emma Gray.
