Mundays Advise Masters London - April 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised BEACONSTREAM LIMITED trading as MASTERS LONDON, on the sale of its' shares to MASTERS GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED. MASTERS LONDON is the leading European business bag and conference product supplier.

The Board of Directors, consisting of Derek Rogers, Will Price and Tracey Pearce, have acquired the entire shareholding of MASTERS LONDON and at the same time created a new Parent Company - MASTERS GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED. Managing Director, Derek Rogers said, "My fellow Directors and I have clearly demonstrated our commitment to the future of MASTERS, by purchasing all the shares held by non-management investors. Whilst at the same time creating a new vehicle for growth, in the form of MASTERS GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED".

The Mundays' team was led by Peter Munday (Senior partner, Corporate) assisted by Lorna Palmer.
