Mundays Advise Pentagon Protection - April 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors acted for PENTAGON PROTECTION PLC, on its recent AIM flotation and placing. The placing raised £750,000 before expenses. Pentagon is a trading supplier and installer of automotive glazing film and has developed innovative safety films to improve vehicle safety and security.

The Mundays' team was lead by Richard Powell and consisted of Nicola Vincent, Rachel Fitzpatrick and Catherine Russell. Denham Bell advised on employment aspects and Fiona Marsh on property issues.

The sponsors were Seymour Pierce and BDO Stoy Hayward were reporting accountants.
