Mundays Advise Amdipharm (part of Waymade Healthcare Plc) – June 2003

 

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised the vending shareholders in the sale to management of SPECTRUM COPIERS LIMITED, the Yorkshire based leading supplier of photocopier and computer network printing solutions.

The Purchaser, DELLSTRONG LIMITED, was advised by Hull Solicitors ANDREW M JACKSON.

The consideration was paid by a combination of cash, loan notes and redeemable preference shares.

The Mundays' team was lead by Peter Munday and the Andrew M Jackson team by Mark Warburton and Andrew Funnell.

Jeremy Allison of Smailes, Goldie & Co, the Hull firm of Chartered Accountants, advised the Purchaser. The Vendors were advised on tax planning issues by Ian Lamb of Smailes, Goldie & Co.
