Mundays Advise Amdipharm (part of Waymade Healthcare Plc) – June 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised new pharmaceutical company AMDIPHARM (part of WAYMADE HEALTHCARE PLC) on the acquisition of CYCLIMORPH, DICONAL AND VALOID for sale in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland for a consideration of £8.3m plus stock. CENES LIMITED were advised by Eversheds LLP, Cambridge office. These products are for the treatment of post operative pain and/or nausea and vomiting.
