Mundays Advise the vending shareholders of the Pillinger Group of Companies – June 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised the vending shareholders of the PILLINGER GROUP OF COMPANIES in the disposal to DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (UK) LIMITED a subsidiary of DAIKIN INDUSTRIES LIMITED of Japan. The Pillinger Group has been working in partnership with the water and building services industries since 1922 and in 1977 was chosen by Daikin as its first UK distributor and has since grown to become a major UK distributor of air conditioning equipment with special expertise in VRV and chiller system.

The Mundays' team was led by Peter Munday (Senior partner, Corporate) assisted by Rachel Fitzpatrick.

The Purchaser was advised by City lawyers Denton Wilde Sapte lead by Philip Goodwin and Bidhi Bhoma.
