Mundays Advised Globe Mircosystems Limited – September 2003

MUNDAYS, advised the vending shareholders of GLOBE MICROSYSTEMS LIMITED in the disposal to a new company formed specifically for the purchase for an undisclosed sum. Global Microsystems is a leading supplier of HP-Compaq, Intel, Toshiba and Microsoft hardware and data management, security and recovery solutions.

Rachel Fitzpatrick headed the Mundays' team with Fiona Marsh and Denham Bell advising on property and employment aspects respectively.

The Purchaser was advised by emw law, a firm based in Milton Keynes, lead by Ian Zant-Boer and Matthew Crosse.
