Mundays advises Brighton & Hove Radio Limited – September 2003

 

Mundays Advised BRIGHTON & HOVE RADIO LIMITED on the purchase of BRIGHTON & HOVE LOCAL RADIO LIMITED (BHLR) for an undisclosed sum from FOREVER BROADCASTING PLC

BHLR broadcasts Brighton's leading radio station, 'Juice 107.2' and Mundays acted for the Founders of the station when it was sold to Forever in December 2000. The Founders incorporated the purchasing company to re-acquire the station and, simultaneously purchased Forever's 35% stake in Splash FM Limited, a neighbouring station in Worthing, with the Splash Founders.

Richard Powell led the Mundays' team assisted by Rachel Fitzpatrick on the corporate side and Denham Bell on employment.

Forever was advised by John Nicholson of Mincoffs, a firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
