Mundays advises B. & G. (Heating & Plumbing) Limited – October 2003

Mundays Advised the vending shareholders of B. & G. (Heating & Plumbing) Limited on their disposal to TRAVIS PERKINS PLC for the purchase price of £23.5m.

B & G is a leading supplier of plumbing, heating, bath and shower materials to the trade and consumer sectors and the acquisition forms part of Travis Perkins' on-going strategy of investing in growth opportunities by increasing their network of specialist plumbing and heating branches.
