MUNDAYS are pleased to announce the appointment of two new Solicitors George Georgiou and James Picknell.

 

George Georgiou joins the Commercial Property Department. He previously spent six years with large city firms. George's experience includes acting for a number of banks and other lenders in property finance transactions, advising on the property aspects of corporate deals and working on the acquisition, disposal and renewal of business leases. George has also represented private providers on property led PFI projects.

Simon Withers, head of Commercial Property, said, "George's experience and skills can only add to the expertise and quality of service we offer our clients".

James Picknell, a newly qualified solicitor joins the Dispute Resolution Department. James specialises in commercial and residential property litigation, dealing with business lease renewals, dilapidations and possession claims, neighbour disputes and nuisance claims. In addition, he handles other contractual disputes, including debt recovery on behalf of clients.

Fiona McAllister, head of Dispute Resolution, said, "I am delighted that James has chosen to join Mundays to further strengthen our department's specialist team dealing with property disputes".
