Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem plc – October 2003

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail pharmacy subsidiary E MOSS LIMITED on the following acquisitions:

TOM COLLETT-JONES LIMITED, a pharmacy retailer operating in Burnham, Buckinghamshire. North West Solicitors Mace & Jones (led by Roland Hutchins) advised the vending shareholders. The Mundays' team was led by Peter Munday on the Corporate aspects and Fiona Marsh on the property side.

TALBOT COOPER CHEMISTS of Upton-upon-Seven. The Mundays team was led by Simon Withers with Moore Brown & Dixon Solicitors advising the vendors.
