Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem plc - December 2003

 

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail pharmacy subsidiary E MOSS LIMITED on the following acquisitions:

M D BIRMINGHAM LIMITED, a retail pharmacy/perfumery operating in Louth, Lincolnshire. Lincolnshire Solicitors Wilkin Chapman (led by Ian Sherburn) advised the vending shareholders. The Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (corporate) and Ingrid Saffin (property).

FORECARE LIMITED, a chain of retail pharmacies operating in Hampshire and Dorset. Poole Solicitors Dickinson Manser (led by Mark Daniels (corporate) and Simon Howell (property)) advised the vending shareholder. The Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (corporate) and Ingrid Saffin (property).

RILEY CHEMISTS, operating in Longton, Stoke on Trent. The Seller was represented by Wilkins & Thompson Park Thornton. The Mundays team was led by Simon Withers.
