Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem plc - February 2004

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors recently advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail pharmacy subsidiary E MOSS LIMITED on the acquisition of WEP LIMITED and WEP (FORTROSE) LIMITED, retail pharmacy companies operating in Morayshire, Scotland.

The Mundays' team was led by Peter Munday (Corporate) assisted with Tamar Tammes of Burness in Edinburgh advising on the Property aspects. The Vending shareholders were advised by Angus Matheson of Burnett & Reid in Aberdeen.
