Mundays Advise Airworld Containers Limited - April 2004

 

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors recently advised AIRWORLD CONTAINERS LIMITED in its 70% acquisition of NORDISK AVIATION PRODUCTS LIMITED from NORSK HYDRO (UK) LIMITED a member of the Norsk Hydro Group of Norway.

Nordisk Aviation Products Limited carry on the business of the repair, maintenance and leasing of unit load devices and galley carts in the airline industry with bases at Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester airports.

Mundays further advised in the agency and support services agreement between Nordisk Aviation Products A/S, Nordisk Aviation Products a.s. and the target company.

The Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (Partner - Corporate), David Irving (Partner - Commercial) and George Georgiou (Solicitor - Commercial Property).

The Norsk team was led by in-house counsel Peter Fergusson and Andrew Roycroft of Norton Rose.
