Mundays Advise Cedar Software Limited - June 2004

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors recently advised Cedar Software Ltd, a member of the Redac Ltd group of companies, in its acquisition of OPEN ACCOUNTS plc, a developer and supplier of accounting software and winners of Accountancy Age Award for Best Enterprise Software Package.

The Mundays team was led by partners Valerie Toon (IP/IT) and Peter Munday (Corporate).

The Vendors were advised by Northampton firm Hewitsons lead by Corporate partners Neil Harpham and David Browne, with Kevin Fletcher (IP/IT).
