Mundays Advise Alliance UniChem Plc - June 2004

 

MUNDAYS,the Surrey Solicitors advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail pharmacy subsidiary on the acquisition of 18 pharmacies from the vending shareholders of Joyce Morrison Limited and David Taylor's Pharmacy Limited.

Joyce Morrison Limited operates 17 pharmacies across central Scotland and was one of the largest privately owned pharmacy groups in Scotland. David Taylor's Pharmacy Limited is a Liverpool based pharmacy operation.

On the Joyce Morrison Limited acquisition the Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (Corporate) with Tamar Tammes of Edinburgh solicitors Burness dealing with the Commercial Property aspects of the transaction.

On the David Taylor's Pharmacy Limited acquisition the Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (Corporate) and Ingrid Saffin (Commercial Property).

Glasgow and Johnstone solicitors Holmes Mackillop advised the vending shareholders of Joyce Morrison Limited and their team was headed by partners Ian Robertson (Commercial Property) and Stuart McNeill (Corporate).

Liverpool solicitors Gregory Abrams Davidson led by Barry Davidson advised the vending shareholders of David Taylor's Pharmacy Limited.
