Mundays Advise A Quote Insurance Services Limited - July 2004

 

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised the vending shareholders of A QUOTE INSURANCE SERVICES LIMITED in the sale to HIGHWAY INSURANCE HOLDINGS PLC for £4.6 million, subject to adjustment based on the level of retained earnings, which was paid in a combination of cash, loan notes and shares.

A Quote Insurance Services Limited supplies personal lines insurance, predominantly motor insurance, to private individuals and the company operates a panel of 30 insurers. A Quote Insurance Services Limited runs a call centre based at Andover with its other office in Basingstoke. Highway Insurance Holdings Plc - a quoted company - was advised by Bristol firm Lyons Davidson
