Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem plc – November 2004

MUNDAYS, the Surrey Solicitors advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its pharmacy retailer E MOSS LIMITED on the acquisition of STRATHCLYDE PHARMACY LIMITED which operates 14 pharmacies in the central belt of Scotland. Moss has 156 pharmacy outlets in Scotland and 877 overall in the UK.

The Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (Corporate) with Tamar Tammes of Edinburgh solicitors Burness dealing with the Commercial Property aspects of the transaction.

Shepherd + Wedderburn advised the vending shareholders and their team was led by Andrew Blain and Frank Fowlie (Corporate) and Morven Callum (Commercial Property).
