Nik Haria joined Mundays to head the firm’s Construction Department. Nik arrived on 21 February direct from his previous position in London.

Nik has extensive experience, having acted for Developers and Housing Associations on new developments, for Banks financing construction projects and for companies buying or leasing new buildings. He has also represented private Clients commissioning new houses or other substantial works. Nik deals with both non-contentious and contentious work including adjudications.

Nik’s expertise should be of great benefit to all our Clients involved in the construction industry, particularly as such expertise at a reasonable cost is unusual outside London.
