Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem Plc

Mundays, the Surrey solicitors recently advised Alliance Unichem Plc, the healthcare provider and its retail pharmacy subsidiary E Moss Limited on the acquisition of Lattice Barn Pharmacy Limited, the retail pharmacy company operating in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The Mundays team was led by Peter Munday (Corporate), with Ingrid Saffin advising on the Property aspects.

The Vending shareholders were advised by Joanathan Rands (Corporate) and martin Whitworth (Property) of Ipswich firm Gotelee & Goldsmith.
