Mundays advise Shadeweir Inns Limited - March 2005

 

Mundays recently acted for Shadeweir Inns Limited in their disposal of five pubs and five Premier Travel Inns operated under a franchise from Whitebread plc.

The properties were sold to Midlands brewer and pub operator Hardys and Hansons plc.

The Mundays team was lead by Susan Scott (Property), David Irving (Franchising) and Nicola Vincent (Corporate).

Freeth Cartwright (Janet Rhodes) acted for the Buyer.
