Mundays Advise Leaders Group Limited - December 2005

 

Mundays Solicitors recently advised the Shareholders of LEADERS GROUP LIMITED, a holding company for a chain of Residential Letting and Management Agents, on the disposal of the entire issued share capital to a subsidiary of the Rowlandson Organisation for an overall consideration in excess of £6,000,000. Mundays worked together with Dean Wilson Laing (property), BDO Stoy Hayward (tax and financial) and Wragge & Co (representing 3i plc).

Paul Weller, one of the selling shareholders and Managing Director of Leaders, has reinvested in the purchase vehicle, becomes a director of it and will remain with the enlarged group. Alan Thurlow, another selling shareholder, has retired from the board and become a consultant to the group.
