Mundays Advise Photo-Me International Plc – February 2006

Mundays LLP recently advised Photo-Me International plc, the FTSE 250 digital imaging company, on its acquisition of a 60% interest (by way of purchase of and a subscription for shares) in Deith Group Limited (“Deith”).

Deith is a leading distributor and developer of coin-operated amusement and gaming machines.

Initial consideration of £1.23m was payable, and the transaction completed on 18 th January 2006.

The Mundays team was led by Alex Young (Corporate) and Miles Unwin (Commercial Property). The Sellers were advised by Paul Lupton of Gorvins Solicitors Manchester.
