Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem Plc – February 2006

Mundays LLP recently advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail subsidiary E MOSS LIMITED (trading under ALLIANCE PHARMACY) on the following acquisitions:

P T GIBBS (CHEMISTS) LIMITED and G&M (CLACTON) LIMITED, retail pharmacy business in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The vending shareholders were advised by Geldards LLP of Nottingham.

LONGSTONE PHARMACY business based in Seahouses, Northumberland. The vendors were advised by Watson Burton LLP of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

P. HOLLEY CHEMIST of Shipston-on-Stour, Warwickshire. The vendors were advised by London firm Manches LLP.

BROADWAY PHARMACY the Weston-super-Mare business for whom local firm Wards advised the vendors.
