Mundays Advise Alliance Unichem Plc – March 2006

MUNDAYS LLP, recently advised ALLIANCE UNICHEM PLC, the healthcare provider and its retail subsidiary E MOSS LIMITED (trading under ALLIANCE PHARMACY) on the acquisition of COULSON & FISHER (SHELFORD) LIMITED and J.T. HOPE EVANS (CAMBRIDGE) LIMITED retail pharmacy businesses in Cambridge.

The Mundays LLP team was led Peter Munday (corporate) and George Georgiou (commercial property).
