Mundays LLP Advises CGH Holdings Limited – May 2006

MUNDAYS LLP, the UK Solicitors based in Surrey recently advised the vending shareholders of CGH HOLDINGS LIMITED, a Cyprus registered company in the sale of shares to ALASIA POLO COUNTRY RESORT LIMITED who were advised by Cyprus law firm A.N. Papageorghiou & Associates. The target company, through its subsidiary Symboula Estates Limited, owns the 460 hectare site at Apollo Heights Resort in Cyprus.

Funding was provided by Dolphin Capital Investors Limited who were also advised by A.N. Papageorghiou & Associates whose team was led by Notis Papageorghiou.

The Mundays team was led by senior partner Peter Munday who was assisted by Kyriacos Georgiades of Cyprus law firm Andreas Neocleous & Co.

The vending shareholders were advised on tax and accounting issues by PKF Savvides & Co Limited and the purchaser was advised by the Cyprus office of KPMG.
