Mundays Promotes New Partners - August 2006

MUNDAYS LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of four new partners:

In the Corporate department Franchise specialist Nicola Broadhurst is promoted. Nicola advises both franchisors and franchisees on all aspects of franchising. She is the designated representative of the firm's affiliate membership of the British Franchise Association she also regularly advises on UK and EU competition law issues. Nicola is also on the panel to judge the BFA 2006 Franchisor and Franchisee Awards.

In the Dispute Resolution department James O’Flinn is promoted. James specialises in handling commercial disputes including matters involving, Intellectual Property, franchising, defamation and general contracts.

In the Real Estate department both George Georgiou and David Willis are promoted. George specialises in commercial and banking work, David will head the Residential Property department on the retirement of partner Sue Poulton.

This takes the number of partners to 26.
