Mundays Advise NSV Engineering Limited and North Sea Ventilation Limited - March 2006

MUNDAYS LLP recently advised the vending shareholders of NSV ENGINEERING LIMITED and NORTH SEA VENTILATION LIMITED, the Hull based group, who design, manufacture, install and maintain heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems for offshore and marine applications, in the sale to the Australian quoted company HASTIE GROUP LIMITED.

Chartered Accountants, Smailes Goldie of Hull advised on the tax structure of the sale.

The Purchaser was advised by Dundas & Wilson led by Stuart MacLean (corporate).
