Mundays Advise Allied Irish Bank (GB) Plc - June 2007

MUNDAYS LLP recently recently advised Allied Irish Bank (UK) plc in the refinancing of a loan to Antler Homes Southern plc and Antler Homes Yorkshire Limited. This transaction initially involved twenty two sites which have completed. There will be ongoing work as and when new sites are acquired or existing ones disposed of in the future.
