Mundays Advise E Moss Limited - April 2007

MUNDAYS LLP recently advised E Moss Limited retail pharmacy (trading as Alliance Pharmacy), the healthcare provider on the following acquisitions:

1. A M K LOCUMS also known as Welchem Pharmacy, located in Manchester. The entire share capital was acquired. The Mundays team was led by Julian Harvey (Corporate) assisted by Kate Galloway-Hale (Commercial Property). The sellers were represented by Walker Crompton & Halliwell, Lancashire, the team was led by Donald Hantom.

2. LANDFORD PHARMACY, located in Liverpool was an acquisition of goodwill and assets. The Mundays team was led by Lorna Palmer (Corporate) and assisted by partner Robert Harris (Commercial Property). The sellers were represented by Lindsey Farrelly at George Davies, Manchester.
