Mundays Advise E Moss Limited - May 2007

MUNDAYS LLP recently advised E Moss Limited retail pharmacy (trading as Alliance Pharmacy), the healthcare provider on the following acquisitions:

1. BRIGHTS CHEMISTS LIMITED, a group comprising 5 retail pharmacies located in the Birmingham area. The entire share capital was acquired. The Mundays team was led by Phil Walton (Corporate) and Ingrid Saffin (Commercial Property). The sellers were represented by Robert Lee (Corporate) and Gill Worthington ( Commercial Property) of Wright Hassall LLP, Leamington Spa.

2. UPWELL PHARMACY, located in Sheffield was an acquisition of goodwill and assets. The Mundays team was led by Lorna Palmer (Corporate) and assisted by partner Robert Harris (Commercial Property). The sellers were represented by Chris Wilson at HLW Commercial Lawyers.

3. JOBSON PHARMACY located in Cumbria was an acquisition of goodwill and assets. The Mundays team was led by Lorna Palmer (Corporate) and assisted by partner Robert Harris (Commercial Property). The sellers were represented by Matthew Bibby at Bell Park Kerridge solicitors.
