Mundays Appoints New Solicitors - February 2007

MUNDAYS LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of four new Solicitors Julian Harvey, Kevin Smith, Sophie Carter and Nick Martyn:

Julian Harvey joins the Corporate Department and deals with all aspects of corporate law, including acquisitions and disposals of private companies and businesses. Prior to joining Mundays Julian was a solicitor at City firm Ashurst.

Head of department, Larry Leporte, said “I am delighted to add to the team another ambitious young solicitor from such a strong background”.

Kevin Smith joins the Commercial Department. Kevin will be advising on a range of general commercial matters including terms and conditions for the supply of goods and/or services, intellectual property, technology matters, data protection and partnership law.

David Irving said “I am delighted to welcome Kevin who joins the team at a particularly busy time”.

Sophie Carter joins the Commercial Property team. Sophie deals with a broad range of commercial property transactions including landlord and tenant matters and acquisitions and disposals.

Simon Withers, Head of Department, said “Sophie’s experience and skills can only add to the expertise and quality of service we offer our clients”.

Nick Martyn joins the Property Litigation unit of the Dispute Resolution team.
