Mundays Advise on the sale of the Polyvend Group - August 2007

MUNDAYS LLP recently advised the sole shareholder of THE VENDING CORPORATION LIMITED (one of the UK’s leading suppliers of vending machines) and its subsidiaries, Polyvend Limited and Cotswold Securities Limited in the sale to a management buy-out team advised by Manchester based Solicitors, Cobbetts LLP.

The Mundays Team was led by Peter Munday assisted by Christopher Saunders (Corporate) and Matthew Montlake (Commercial Property). Peter Munday has advised the Polyvend Group since its incorporation in 1976.
