Mundays Advise Roomservice Group Ltd- January 2008
Mundays LLP acted for Roomservice Group Limited in the sale of its furniture rental business to CORT Business Services UK Limited. The business comprises the designing and furnishing of commercial and residential property interiors. It is based at Barwell Business Park, Chessington, Surrey. The purchaser is a member of the US Berkshire Hathaway Group which already has substantial US interests in the furniture rental field.
The Mundays team was led by corporate consultant, Richard Powell, assisted by Julian Harvey. Karl Hughes dealt with the property aspects on behalf of Roomservice Group. Dechert LLP acted for the purchaser.
