Mundays Advised Crisp Giant Tayto Golden Wonder on its further expansion with the Acquisition of Red Mill Snack Foods- March 2008

Mundays acted for CTO Holdings Limited and Real Crisps Limited in the multi million pound purchase of Red Mill Snack Foods.  Red Mill is best known for its Mr Porky pork scratchings and Transform-a-Snack range, as well as its tortilla chips.

The County Armagh based group is now the third biggest crisps and snacks business in the UK.  This transaction follows on from its acquisition of Golden Wonder in February 2006 and Welsh based Real Crisps in November 2007.  Its annual turnover has grown ten fold within six years from £15m to £150m.
