Guardian Pharmacy Limited acquisition of Millbeam Limited- January 2009
Mundays LLP acted for Guardian Pharmacy Limited, a pharmacy company, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Millbeam Limited.
Millbeam Limited operates Nash Pharmacy, a long- established pharmacy in a vibrant part of east London.
