David Willis - Partner
David has extensive experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including freeholds, leaseholds, estates, new builds, re-mortgages and leasehold enfranchisements and extensions.
David acts for a number of corporations and high net worth clients including premiership footballers, city solicitors and property developers. His experience lies in dealing swiftly and efficiently in any property transaction, applying a common sense approach to problem solving.
David is one of four solicitors that a major national house builder recommends to purchasers of their properties. He is also listed by the Leasehold Advisory Service for his knowledge of leasehold extensions and enfranchisements and acts for approximately 70 Resident and Management Companies.
David is Head of Residential Conveyancing.
