• Julian specialises in all aspects of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures including shareholder and LLP agreements and general corporate advice.
• Julian is a member of the firm’s Leisure Group and International Group and speaks French and Italian.
• Prior to joining Mundays’ corporate department in January 2007 Julian was a solicitor at Ashurst LLP where he also trained.

• Advises listed company Brammer Plc on its corporate acquisitions;
• Advises AIM listed company Pentagon Protection Plc on its corporate acquisitions;
• Advises Guardian Pharmacy Limited on its acquisitions of pharmacies;
• Advised the shareholders of Fleet Street Travel Limited the multi-million pound sale of the Fleet Street Group, a specialist in the supply of travel management services to Portman Group Holdings Ltd;
• Recently advised an accountancy firm on the sale of its business to a top 25 accountancy firm;
• Recently advised a leading UK based supplier of commercial boilers on its recent management buy out;
• Recently advised a technology, services and solutions provider on its recent management buy out;
• Recently advised a leading provider of passenger and footfall research services on the sale of its entire issued share capital.
