Mark Andrew - Partner
Mark has extensive experience in representing UK and international clients in a variety of finance, M&A, private equity and corporate transactions.
Mark joined Mundays as a partner in the corporate and finance department in January 2006. Prior to joining Mundays, Mark was a partner in the London office of a large US law firm (Bingham McCutchen), with whom he first came to London in 1987.
Mark is qualified in both England and the USA (Massachusetts and Ohio).
Mark is recommended as a leading individual in his field by Chambers UK and by the Legal 500.
