Rachel Lemon - Associate
Rachel has experience in all areas of family law including financial matters where there are mid to high value assets and complex issues and matters with an international element. She has recently been involved in several cases where the issue of jurisdiction has been disputed. She has experience of private law children disputes including a recent successful application in the High Court for leave to remove a child from the jurisdiction. Rachel aims to provide clients with a professional and efficient service and seeks to understand each client’s concerns whilst giving practical and realistic advice.
