• advising a property developer in connection with a restructured loan facility with a bank syndicate in excess of £85 million involving senior debt, mezzanine debt and intercreditor arrangements
• advising a private investor group on a £9.5 million facility with a major international bank;
• advising Close Brothers Limited on a wide range of property financing transactions;
• advising Marfin Popular Bank Public Company Ltd in connection with a refinancing of a chain of more than 30 Kentucky Fried Chicken outlets in the South of England;
• acting for an investor group in connection with the negotiation of a £9.2 million acquisition and development loan facility for a London property development;
• advising Clydesdale Bank in connection with several loan transactions;
• acting on a number of receivership sales on behalf of United Trust Bank and Close Brothers Limited;
• advising RBS-NatWest on an acquisition finance transaction with complex property and overseas holding company issues;
