Mundays' Commercial Litigation team provide advice and representation in a wide variety of industry sectors.  Based on many years of experience in City practices, we recognise the need to focus on client objectives to provide tailored solutions and relevant commercial advice.  Client involvement and control is important to us.

Our practice involves the resolution of disputes by conventional litigation and arbitration as well as by alternative methods such as mediation and expert determination. 

Many of the matters we deal with involve international aspects where we are able when necessary to use our close connections with lawyers in other jurisdictions through our membership of Cicero, an established network of over 30 international independent law firms.
