The Logistics Disputes team offer legal expertise in relation to a wide range of disputes in the transport, freight forwarding and distribution fields. This has included legal advice in relation to:

• The incorporation and interpretation of standard industry terms, notably the BIFA, RHA and UKWA terms
• The application and interpretation of international conventions, in particular the Hague-Visby Rules
